Rules - Unbridled Dreams
1 Money
Every member begins the game with $100,000 SIM money. Each member is responsible for recording his or
her finances. There will be regular checks on the keeping of records and if you don’t abide by this rule, your membership
will be terminated.
Checks are to be used to pay for horses, entry fees etc. They are to be set out like this:

2 Members
You are a member of Unbridled Dreams as soon as you receive the approval email
and your horses are registered.Members must follow all rules and remain relatively active
or you will be asked to leave the game.
3 Horses
Members may create up to 10 horses when they join up. Horses can only be present in the game after
that if they are bred from registered horses or bought off another player. Stallions and mares must be at
least 3y/o to breed.
A mare's gestation period is 2 weeks. A mare can only have 1 foal per month and no more than
6 foals per year. If this rule is broken, the horse in question will be deleted. When a foal is born, I must
be notified within 1 week of the birth, so that the foal can be registered. All the foal's details must be included in the
email.
All foals that are born must stay with their mothers for 1 week after they are born and then they
become 4yr olds. They can enter shows etc. for that age group. Horses age 1 real life yr = 1 sim yr after that.
ALL HORSES MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE REGISRTY OR THEY DO NOT EXIST.
To check if your horse is registered, send me an email with the horse’s name and details.
Please keep your horses active, as they would be in real life and enter as many shows etc as you can.
4 Shows
Horses can’t be ridden until they are at least 3y/o. Only enter each horse in as many classes as
the show’s rules permit. Results will be posted on the group yahoo email and shows will be advertised on the Unbridled
Dreams website, on the News page. Please check there regularly.
Normal show rules apply. An entry fee will be set and has to be paid before the day or your horses can’t
compete. All entries must be in before the closing date or they won’t be included.
Please set your show entries out like this:

If you would like to host a show, please contact me with all the show’s details and dates and put
‘show approval’ in the description bar. An email will be sent back regarding whether it was approved or not.
All results from member's shows must be posted on the yahoo group email within 1 week or
a fine will be issued. Any show that hasn't be approved is considered illegal and will not be run.
5 Establishments
If you would like to open a stud/stable for your horses (otherwise you can board), an email must be sent
to me with the URL details, stable name and info. An email will be sent back regarding approval. The URL will appear on the
Township page for boarders and guests to access.
You may open a stable/stud as soon as your membership has been approved and your horses are registered.
Otherwise, you can board at the available stables.
A disclaimer is required on the main page of the site.
Eg: This is part of the SIM game, Unbridled Dreams. Nothing is real. The site must
include pages for the following items: Facilities, Boarding, Horses, Contact etc.You will need to set up a boarding
program for anyone who wants to board at your stable. They will have to send you an email regarding boarding if they wish
to stay there.

6 Copyrights
All members must have the owners or photographer's permission to use photos of their
horses on their site. The pictures are used to represent SIM horses in Unbridled Dreams only and should be acknowledged.
Please provide a link to the appropriate site underneath the pictures. Any illegally posted pictures will
be deleted and the owner of the site banned.
All SIM horses must have original names. No names of famous horses etc are allowed.
They can be changed, however to suit. Also, no horse in Unbridled Dreams can have the same name.
7 News
Here is where all current and relevant news regarding Unbridled Dreams is posted. Mainly, upcoming and
current shows will be posted here along with the dates and details.
Member’s shows are also posted here and the results can be found via the yahoo group email. Please
check it regularly for shows and information regarding this game.
8 Township
All stables/studs are listed here and can be visited at any time. If you are a boarder, this is the place to go. Once
you have found a place to board at, please notify me. The same goes for the stable owner - when a boarder arrives, please
notify me. Boarders still have to email me about membership and registering their horses. All members must wait for
approval and registration.
9 Contact Gro/up
This hotmail group is where you can talk to other members, post messages and photos and ask questions.
Also, show results will be posted there, so check it regularly.
